The road ahead can be uncertain. Sometimes it forces you to choose an alternate route and arrive in a different place than you were expecting. No matter where you end up, when you take and alternate route you are sure to collect a few good stories along the way.
Those stories are worth sharing and celebrating. That’s why we partnered with CBS in Fall 2011 to create a storytelling series, filmed live in front of audiences in Los Angeles and New York. In this series storytellers explored how passion for life can lead you down a different road than what you expected.
We asked storytellers to share their experiences of what drives them. The result: 19 amazing accounts fueled by those moments in life that define who we are.
